Leverage Shares is a fast-growing Exchange Traded Products (ETP) provider, focused on delivering innovative financial products. Overview
We are looking for a graphic designer to create and manage digital designs for our marketing needs. The graphic designer’s responsibilities include managing graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
To be successful as a graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. Ultimately, an excellent graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing all stages of the design projects.
- Ensuring delivery of high quality and original artwork.
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the graphic design process, from concept through to completion.
- Suggesting and making creative alterations to projects.
- Coordinating with the Design team in generating new and innovative design ideas.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout all the marketing projects.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in design (preferably graphic/web).
- Fluent English language both written and spoken.
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of graphic design techniques and latest trends.
- Web and UI/UX experience would be considered an advantage.
- 3D and Adobe After Effects experience would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
