ETPs: What are they?
Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) are listed securities which allow investors to participate in the performance of the underlying index or strategy.
They could be used to wrap an actively managed strategy or simply track an index. ETPs can be listed in a short time frame, have low barriers to entry and trade on the main markets of regulated exchanges.
This places them in a sweet spot between Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) and traditional ETFs.
