Overview
We are looking for a Web Designer to join our Design team and help elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and functional design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences.
The Web Designer’s responsibilities include creating website layouts, improving user interfaces, maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, and collaborating with the team to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Plan and implement new design concepts, features, and functionalities.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new website features and updates.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Maintain and regularly update existing web pages, ensuring content accuracy and functionality.
- Stay current with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Test and troubleshoot website design and layout across browsers and devices.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with landing pages and other web materials as needed.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with SEO and web performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with motion and graphic design.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
