Job description

We are seeking a quantitative developer with experience in developing and maintaining systematic automated trading applications based on IBKR API and TWS using Python, C++ or VB to support our internal processes and improve components of mission-critical applications. This position is based in Sofia and requires working odd hours to cover the trading hours on the NYSE (15:00 – 23:30).

Key responsibilities

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you will do:

  • Implement automated/algorithmic trading systems and their components
  • Implement signals and platform for automated market-making
  • Integrate order management systems and execution management systems
  • Automate trading workflows

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working as part of a team supporting an automated trading group
  • Experience with IB API and TWS using Python, C++ or VB and SQL
  • Strong background in statistics, optimization, and market structure
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and working on different problems
  • Sense of project ownership, working well both independently and within a small collaborative team
  • Undergraduate or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline
  • Empirical, independent, detail-oriented mindset. 

Language requirements
Fluent in English.

Job description

The designer will be responsible for developing and creating exceptional graphics and videos for presentation and marketing materials. To this end, prior experience in and willingness to understand digital design are needed as we look for innovative solutions that add value to the brand. Solid understanding of the leading software tools for html5 is a plus. In addition, experience in working with developers and account managers is important.

  • Partner with the rest of the team to brainstorm original design ideas for internal projects.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
  • Strong design skills and an excellent sense of design.
  • Relevant work experience in web design and creative services is required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with proven experience managing multiple projects at one time.
  • Willingness to gain proficiency in using design software, including html5 and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and see stressful situations as opportunities rather than problems.
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Prior experience with design related to financial markets is a plus.
  • Ability to lead by example with strong work ethic.
  • Great attention to details.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships primarily in the German-speaking regions of Europe to grow our business and assets under management. This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and grow key prospect relationships at a senior level with CIOs, brokers, and portfolio managers to identify and diligently pursue new potential business.
  • Drive new trades and revenue across our 3x, 2x & -1x leveraged products.
  • Initiate and develop brand building and sales activity across new markets.
  • Lead robust prospect meeting and engagement activity.
  • Develop product fluency across our 3x, 2x & -1x leveraged product offerings and any new lines of leveraged securities.
  • Develop clear, concise, and articulate market narrative and product characteristics to sophisticated investors.
  • Work collaboratively with senior members of the sales team to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues and challenges.
  • Contribute to the sales team’s overall development.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in institutional fundraising and developing deep client relationships.
  • Understanding of the asset management sales process as it relates to institutional investors, CIOs, and brokers.
  • Track record of success selling ETFs or leveraged products is highly beneficial.
  • Proven sales background with demonstrated ability to drive results in an autonomous working environment and in close collaboration with colleagues across business units.
  • Track record of building strong client relationships and being viewed as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in raising capital for institutional products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate market views and product characteristics to sophisticated institutional investors, both in written work and presentations to large and small audiences.
  • Preferred deep ETF industry and investment knowledge. Strong proficiency across a wide range of traditional and alternative investment products.
  • Collaborative approach to a team-based sales model.
  • Passion for the financial markets and business development.
  • Ability to lead by example with strong work ethic.
  • Minimum 2-years’ experience.
  • Significant travel expected.
  • Graduate degree or CFA Preferred.

As a Trader/Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for rebalancing internal fund accounts and executing trades along with developing rebalancing and trading analytics. Your efforts will help enhance our ability to automate internal processes and ensure flawless execution.

  • Ensure day-to-day trading execution activities on the trading platform
  • Execute account and trade reconciliation procedures based on the internal and custodian data 
  • Coding projects for trading analytics and data & investment analysis
  • Collaborate with internal sales and accounting teams
  • Work with the internal technology team to fix any account or market data issues
  • Work with custodians for any trade error or reconciliation issues

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background required with undergraduate degree in Finance/Business
  • 3+ years of relevant financial industry and/or trading/brokerage operations experience
  • Understanding of economics and accounting, banking, financial markets and working with financial information
  • Experience with Python, C++, VB is highly desirable
  • Exceptional MS Excel skills with proven ability to analyze financial data

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy imperative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CFA is a plus
