Overview

What is the MANGOS ETF?

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) is an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that seeks capital appreciation from exposure to the six MANGOS Companies: Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI and SpaceX. MANGOS is the group name the fund's prospectus gives these six companies, where the G is Alphabet, the parent company of Google. MGOL invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued by these companies and in financial instruments that provide investment exposure to them.

MGOL is not leveraged and does not reset daily, which separates it from the three MANGOS funds that use it as their underlying security. It takes exposure mainly through total return swap agreements and options contracts, and to a lesser extent through direct investment in the MANGOS Companies. Where a MANGOS Company's equity securities are not publicly traded at the time of the fund's investment, MGOL may obtain exposure directly or indirectly through special purpose vehicles, subject to a limit of 15% of net assets in illiquid investments. MGOL is listed on Nasdaq.

Fund Objective

To seek capital appreciation through exposure to the MANGOS Companies: Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI and SpaceX, through an actively managed ETF.

Who is this fund for?

Investors seeking long-only exposure to six companies across artificial intelligence, semiconductors and space technology through a single ticker, and who accept the concentration, the volatility and the risk of losing the full investment that come with a non-diversified fund.

Where the Fund holds an interest in a special purpose vehicle, the Fund's schedule of investments identifies that interest, including the vehicle's investment focus and fair value.

The Fund is not suitable for all investors. The Fund is designed to be utilized only by knowledgeable investors who understand the risks of concentrated exposure to a small number of companies and are willing to monitor their portfolios frequently. The Fund seeks to maintain investment exposure to the MANGOS Companies regardless of market conditions and does not take defensive positions. An investor could lose all of the money invested in the Fund.

The Fund is non-diversified and concentrates its exposure in six companies, so its value may rise or fall more sharply than a diversified fund. The Fund does not take defensive positions in cash or other instruments in anticipation of an adverse climate for the MANGOS Companies.

Performance is shown on a total return basis (i.e., with gross income reinvested, where applicable). Cumulative return is the aggregate amount that an investment has gained or lost over time. Annualized return is the average return gained or lost by an investment each year over a given time period.

The performance data quoted represents past performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when sold or redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost and current performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted. High short- term performance, when observed, is unusual and investors should not expect such performance to be repeated.

Shares of ETFs are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. The market price returns are based on the official closing price of an ETF share or, if the official closing price isn't available, the midpoint between the national best bid and national best offer (NBBO) as of the time the ETF calculates current NAV per share, and do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times. NAVs are calculated using prices as of 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Indices are unmanaged and do not include the effect of fees, expenses, or sales charges. One cannot invest directly in an index.

Key Features & Competitive Advantages

Extended Trading Access

MGOL can be traded through US extended and overnight sessions, Monday to Friday, well beyond regular market hours. This gives active traders more windows to react to news and manage positions as events unfold.

Risk Management (No Margin Calls)

Unlike buying on margin, investors in MGOL cannot lose more than their initial investment. There is no risk of a broker issuing a margin call that demands more cash, which gives a defined maximum loss for exposure to the MANGOS Companies.

Collateral for Derivative Positions

The fund is expected to hold collateral for its derivative positions in money market funds, deposit accounts with institutions with high quality (investment grade) credit ratings, and short-term debt instruments with terms to maturity of less than 397 days, including U.S. government securities and repurchase agreements.

High Liquidity & Access

MGOL provides exposure to all six MANGOS Companies through a single ticker in a standard brokerage account on Nasdaq, without holding six separate positions and without using or contracts.

Frequently Asked Questions about MGOL

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) features a total expense ratio of 0.99%.

MANGOS refers to the six companies the Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) is built around: Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI and SpaceX. The G is Alphabet, the parent company of Google. The fund's prospectus refers to the six together as the MANGOS Companies, and MGOL invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued by these companies and in financial instruments that provide investment exposure to them.

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) is an actively managed exchange traded fund that seeks capital appreciation from long exposure to the six MANGOS Companies. It takes that exposure mainly through derivatives, including total return swap agreements and contracts, and to a lesser extent through direct investment in the MANGOS Companies  themselves. Because MGOL is actively managed, the adviser decides how the exposure is built and how much sits in each company rather than  following an index.

Yes. The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) has no daily objective and no daily reset, so its returns are not compounded from a daily target and it is not subject to the volatility decay that affects daily leveraged and inverse funds. MGOL is still a non-diversified fund concentrated in six companies, so it can be volatile over any holding period.

An investor in the Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) can lose the full  value of their investment. The fund is non-diversified, holds exposure  to six companies and does not take defensive positions, so a decline  across those companies is reflected in the fund.
However, unlike buying  on margin, you cannot lose more than your initial investment in MGOL (you cannot go into debt).

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) uses a combination of total return swap agreements, contracts and direct investment, and the mix depends on market conditions, market liquidity and operational constraints. Where a MANGOS Company's equity securities are not publicly traded at the time of the fund's investment, MGOL may invest, directly or indirectly, in special purpose vehicles to obtain exposure to that company, subject to a limit of 15% of net assets in illiquid investments. Those interests are valued at fair value under the fund's  valuation procedures, which involves more judgment than pricing a listed security. Buying MGOL is not the same as owning shares in a MANGOS  Company.

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) holds exposure to six named companies rather than a broad index, and it is actively managed rather than tracking a benchmark. That makes MGOL more concentrated than a diversified technology or AI fund, so single-company news moves it more, and it may use instruments a plain equity fund does not, including swap agreements, contracts and special purpose vehicles.

The Leverage Shares MANGOS ETF (MGOL) is non-diversified and concentrated in six companies, with significant exposure to the  Information Technology sector, so news affecting one company can move the fund sharply. Where the fund takes exposure through special purpose vehicles, those positions carry reduced transparency, limited liquidity and heightened valuation risk. The fund also carries derivatives,  counterparty and collateral risk, and as a newly organized fund it has no operating history. You could lose all of the money you invest. Please read the prospectus for the full list of principal risks.
