Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and eager-to-learn Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Lead in managing marketing activities across three sister companies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in various areas of marketing, including website management, copywriting, data analysis, and the use of Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining company websites to ensure up-to-date content.
- Help write and edit copy for marketing materials, posts, and website content.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes for follow-up.
- Create and format presentations to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze marketing performance data.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents in Word as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices to support team efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field, with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proven ability to write and edit clear, engaging copy for various marketing channels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing reports and presenting to internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing website content.
- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions (experience with Google Analytics or similar is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative in various aspects of marketing projects.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing demands and shifting focus.
