We are expanding in Germany and looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to
lead our sales and business development efforts for IncomeShares ETPs. If you have a
strong network in financial sales, a passion for ETF/ETPs, and the ability to drive AUM
growth, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. This role is ideal for a results-driven
professional who excels in sales, business development, and relationship management
within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) for
IncomeShares ETPs in Germany. - Identify, engage, and onboard institutional investors, asset managers, financial
advisors, and retail platforms. - Educate investors on the benefits of IncomeShares ETPs, including yield potential
and portfolio diversification advantages. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the German
investment community. - Leverage industry contacts to drive adoption and increase market penetration.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Leverage Shares / IncomeShares in German-speaking
countries, engaging with financial media and participating in interviews and panel
discussions.
Market Development & Outreach
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, webinars, and financial industry
- events.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape, investor preferences, and regulatory
changes in Germany. - Provide feedback to the IncomeShares team to refine marketing strategies and
product positioning. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized promotional content and
investor education materials. - Investor Education – Create digestible content that explains our offerings,
structures, and benefits to retail and institutional investors in the region. - Webinars & Podcasts – Develop and coordinate virtual events to educate investors
and discuss market trends. - Competitor & Market Monitoring – Track media coverage of competitors and industry
trends to identify positioning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong background in financial sales, asset management, or investment product
- distribution.
- Established network of institutional investors, wealth managers, and financial
advisors in Germany. - Knowledge of ETFs, ETPs, and/or structured products.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global
team. - Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a
strong track record of AUM growth and investor engagement.
