Overview
We are looking for a Digital Strategy Analytics Manager to provide strategic oversight of our social media content strategy and business performance. This role will not only focus on analyzing social media performance but will also involve reviewing sales team KPIs and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media strategy and financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the social media and sales teams to align strategies.
- Review sales team KPIs and provide recommendations for improving performance.
- Develop strategies to optimize social media content for both engagement and business goals.
- Present regular performance reports to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and metrics.
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
