Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager to engage with our online audience, foster relationships with our followers, and build a strong community around our brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer engagement, communication, and managing online communities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with followers on social media, answering questions and addressing concerns in real-time.
- Monitor social media discussions and identify opportunities to foster positive engagement.
- Build relationships with community members, influencers, and customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and manage community-driven campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding user sentiment and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ year of experience in community management or a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and moderate discussions across multiple platforms.
- Experience in building and growing online communities.
